Rehoboth Sisters Company Limited (RSCL) is a duly registered and licensed organization in Uganda authorized to facilitate and coordinate International Volunteer Exchange Programmes. The company is licensed by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development to provide pre-departure orientation and training for Ugandan migrant workers, in addition to offering consultancy services related to international mobility and workforce preparation.

Founded by professionals with extensive experience in international exchange programmes, RSCL’s leadership team brings over 20 years of combined experience in managing exchange visitor initiatives, including the placement and support of counsellors participating in international summer camp programmes, training and preparing non-immigrant workers, and providing travel and mobility consultancy services. This wealth of experience positions RSCL to effectively prepare, support, and guide young people participating in meaningful international exchange opportunities.

As the programme sponsor, RSCL works in partnership with reputable host organizations, institutions, and community-based partners in Uganda to provide structured volunteer placement opportunities for young people aged 16–24 years. The programme is designed to equip participants with practical skills, intercultural competencies, professional experience, and community engagement opportunities that enhance their personal development and future employability.
